The customer and you then go ahead with the deal, and in cases were the customer wants to have an impartial mediator, I and or one of my affilates in Florida, will go out and visit the seller, check the product out, and then return with an accurate report for the buyer about the status of the product. That way he/she will feel confident that the product will live up to their expectations. It is also a way for you as a seller to feel safe, when the product has been seen and tested.
